Not so new Newbie

Hey guys,

I've been on this site for years, but now after a few years of being M.I.A. I'm back. I'm 38 and trying to get back into shape. I've cycled for many years in the past, but now I've been clean for about 4 years. I gotta watch the gyno because I'm prone to it. I've attached a pic taken a couple weeks ago. I'm 5'9" at about 190lbs. I'm eager to catch up on all the threads and learn on new things that you youngings are doing. lol..

Welcome bro, what cycles have you taken in the past?

I started at about 26 with just test and deca . very low dosage, short cycles, twice a year. After a couple years, I upped the dosage and lengthened the cycle.

My all time best cycle was Test enanthate , Test Prop, Equipose, Dianobol and used Proviron and clomid.
