Hello. I am 18 years old, a former football player(o-line). I am 5'10" 230 lbs. and not really sure about my bf%, altough I am close to the typical lineman build. I have been working out for about 6 years now, but since the end of football, I have switched my focus from strength to physial appearance. I am here for help on cutting down while still keeping the muscles that I worked hard for. I have a trouble losing weight, especially without losing a lot of muscle mass.
