    New guy signing in

    Hey guys, just doing the manditory "hey im the new guy thread" not that it means much. I probabally wont even be doing a cycle for quite awhile. I was in a bike accident last september and I broke my neck in 3 different spots, Had the Halo head gear and the whole 9 yards.

    Im not going to make any excuses for working out 5 days a week as i think im going to start off at 2 days with weights and some cardio.

    I will be stocking the diet forum mostly as ive put on 15lbs of fat and its making a world of difference for the worse, I can tell quite a difference in my clothes mainly that most of them dont fit haha.

    about me:
    im 5'8
    currently weigh 208 lbs
    used to weigh 185 solid, not much fat
    waist is a 36
    arms at 15'' cold

    I dont know what else to say
