Looking for advise

I have been using suss and deca for nearly 15 weeks, i am stopping taking steriods there messing with my head ,what can i do to keep my size?am starting to get addicted to them arguing with my girlfreind for stupid things,i have a couple of de-bol tablets left should i take them,or just go back to the gym and work my ass off?
