    West Coast Guy Over Here

    I've been looking for a new online home and hopefully I found it here.

    Anyways, I'm 5'7 22 y/o male who in August 2007 was 183.3 lbs. In March of this year I weighed in at my lowest at 126.0 lbs. It was crazy I'll admit and my body was suffering from malnutrition. Luckily, I escaped any long-term health effects but it really opened my eyes to fitness and people desiring to better their bodies within a healthy timeline.

    I'm still reading a lot of new things introduced on this site... but I hope to gain even more knowledge when alls said and done.

    Anyways my stats now:
    5'7 --- 135 lbs --- 7% bf

    I'm trying to gain now and for the past 3 days have been eating my ass off along with some intense lifting and other things. We'll see how it goes and maybe I'll post some pics here, until then, I hope to stick around.
