    Hey everybody!!!!

    Well I decided to join some bodybuilding threads, I've been doing a medium/mild workout for about 6 months now, and have started stepping up more recently. I have moderately annoying Crohn's disease and after a few battles with massive flareups and being hospitalized twice, I have found a good combination of diet and meds to keep things pretty mellow. I lost a shitload of weight from all of these complications but I can happily say I am up from my skeleton weight of 130 to being in the 155 range. I don't do much leg workout, basically I'm just focusing on the guns, back, chest and neck. I'm sure you all could see why I would want to do a basic test cycle right? haha. So yah I've read all of the rules and guides and they are very impressive, all I have to do now is locate the leprechauns pot of gold to help juice me up! Here's some body shots! (yeah I am a twig) As far as diet goes I have been safely packing 3500 calories a day and hit 170 in the protein zone also, and my diet has been holding without incident for 3 months.
