52 Years Old and Just Starting Cycles
Well, I just finished my first week of cycling, with: .75ml nandrolone deconoate, 1 ml of cypionate once a week, daily 200mcg of Semorilin and .25 mg orally of Oxandrolone. Also have B-12 for a few hits a week. First three days after injecting the Test, oral Tomoxifen for the estrogen. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am 52 years old. The above was prescribed after a thorough executive physical, heavy blood work etc. I am also taking niacin and fish oils as part of the regimen. Physically no problems, except a little high on the bad cholesterol, and low on the good stuff. But all within ‘limits.’ Prior to age 40 I was a body nazi, but not in a competitive bodybuilder’s way. I played high school and college tennis and soccer and have naturally large legs, and at all times a small waste. I also became a kung fu “master” working out 3 x per week in martial arts. I would also cycle (on a bike) for at least 60 miles, sometimes twice this per week. I also lifted weights 2 to 3 times per week. Then I decided to try golf and got addicted. Instead of the 55 mile rides, spinning classes, workouts etc. I hit balls, rode in a cart for 5 hours and drank beer. Also smoked cigars (which I still do and love). Well then I got divorce and started hitting the club hard, and got back into shape. Then remarried, new job, baby etc and I went from a 31-33“ waist to over 38” and still playing golf. I got fed up and tried a couple of Test shots from a friend. After a couple, I decided to consult a professional and found a great one. So here I am. This week I started with the shots on Monday night, and worked out as follows: Tues did spinning for aerobic. Abs; Wed lifted Chest and Biceps. Thu Aerobic Rowing. Fri Legs, Abs. Sat Aerobic spinning in the am and in pm shoulders and triceps, and lat pull downs (I have been rowing all month so back is okay). Today, aerobic rowing, abs, pushups.
So after the first week I feel better, look better, weight about the same, but decrease in fat to 16%, yesterday it was 14.5. I did pig out last night though. So that’s me. I am supposed to be on this for 16 weeks. My goal is to get strong, not huge, defined, get my waist back and look like James Bond in Casino Royale.
