    hey and thanks

    hey all new here and to tha bb world been on and off for years .Took on a new job bout 4 years ago that is very stressfull and demanded alot of my time .But now im back wanna get my self back together thanks for all tha help so far . look like a sack o shit now but ill post pic for crits.,laughs and what you will look like at 35 when you havent exercised for 3 years .ROFL SEE YA ! PEACE AND IM OUT.
