    hi everyone

    hi hows it going?
    ive been hitting the gym hard and have been researching on the net, saw this site and thought maybe ur guys knowledge can help me out with , stop me from making some mistakes that will cause me some harm :-(
    im 511, 196lbs,30yrs old train 6days a week in the gym, just hitting strength, i was running alot....sometimes 2x a day, but have cut that down now to try and gain some weight....just didnt want my body fat to go up to much...
