Newbie!!

Whats going on ladies and gentlemenmy name is mike im from los angeles/21/5"8 about 188 lbs i stumbled across this site in my quest for knowledge in steroids and diets since i just started taking stanazol once a week for about 5 weeks now and i cant get a good diet going for myself, i workout 6 days a week in the mornings. I hope you guys can help me im really bad with measuring calories and all that stuff well looking forward to all your advice and workouts routines you might have to get built fast.

did anyone even bother to read this guys thread or are you guys just trying to get your post up by saying welcome to every newb?? he just said that hes been takin winny once a week for 5 weeks now...mike, please repost your cycle in the question and answer forum.. you need research. this cycle is waste of your time and money...
