Hey everyone, Danny here. Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm a 25 year old male, 5'10, 140 pounds. I power lifted when I was in High School and worked out some in college but ended up falling out of it for a while. Started researching this stuff about a week ago and so far this site has the absolute best information available that I've found anywhere.

Big problem I've always had is putting on the weight. Even when I was taking in 2000+ calories per day I couldn't seem to actually gain much muscle mass. I did some research online and found that there are many people who suffer from this and ended up realizing one of the better methods of gaining weight was to juice up. So, here I am - and I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions. I've been trying to read as much as I can.
