    how to start?

    42, 6'2, 170
    Interested in Primobolan because I've read it low side affeccts and works well from tablets? Any thoughts? Help a newbie out.

    I'm not ready for injections. Will primobolan do anything by itself?

    I did read all of T-Mos link, mostly about beginner cycles with injections... my diet and training are good but I'm not ready for injections.

    I think what he's trying to say is: if your diet is good, you should be heavier than that. If you cant gain with just food at that weight, you probably wont be getting as much as you could from a cycle of anything. Regardless of what you're eating now, its obviously not enough and you should be adding more, you'd probably be surprised what adding another 500 cals a day progressively will do for you.

    This is why i asked how long you have been training and that includes diet as well. Did you just start weight lifting recently?
