New to the forum, natural bodybuilder....
Hi all,
Just wanted to say I`m a new guy on this site really enjoying the knowledge sharing you guys are puting around, awesome stuff.
I`ve pushed weights for over 10 years now, never used anything and have been fortunate enough to have make good gains through religious eating and training. I def. have a base to work from if I wanted to think of "crossing over" but I genuinely believe theres so much one can maximise from their own potential before they consider other means. One question I do wonder is whether as a natural you reach a sticking point where by you have to sacrifice a certain amount of shape if you want to make gains. Of course its a given that to add size one must accept they will lose a certain amount of shape, but I wonder with the use of AS would you be able to stay in better shape as you accumlate more mass as oppose to a person with no enhancements? I guess this is individual and would appreciate personal experiences.
Also to add, I`ve added pics of natural show I competed in not too long ago!

Thanks all...
If I wanted to post my progress from here onwards is there a specific place it should be done? I've seen a few guys getting grilled on here asking questions and etc in the wrong places...better to ask first!

Thanks Fireguy...and greetings prone2rage
Buff,
My cutting diet consisted of a 16 week strict diet with no cardio. I personally found that with cardio work you can flatten out and if you have the luxury of time and are disciplined enough to follow the diet plan religiously, diet alone can leave you with nice full muscles with a good amount of fat loss. I guess theres a 100 different ways to skin a cat. All work but what works best and saves most muscle ;p
I was losing approx 1-2lb a week every week for 16 weeks, and with every month I selected more lean sources of protein...i.e. from red meat to chicken to cod fillets..
A snippet of my diet phase:
week 1: four the first 4 weeks.
meal 1ats, white, protein shake
meal 2: Chicken breast, sweet potato
meal 3: repeat of meal 2
meal 4: chicken breast with teaspoon of natural organic peanut butter
meal 5rotein shake water
by week 12:
meal 1: protein shake water, oats
meal 2: turkey, brown rice
meal 3: cod fillet brown rice
meal 4:turkey, veg
meal 5: turkey veg
meal 6 turkey veg
I was consuming 4-6 litres of water a day, taking CLA, glutamine and dandilion drops to help with water retention 2 weeks out.
Big grunt,
My stats at the moment:
Calves 17
Quads 28
Arms 17.5
Chest 48
Waist 35
Weight right now is around 210 lb at 5ft 8.
