    Whats up from the Rockies...need advice

    All,

    Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been actively involved in lifting and sports since highschool, and now that I am in my 30's, my gains and my mood have tapered off significantly. Until now, gaining has been quite easy. After 2 blood tests, I have discovered that my test levels are slightly less than average (in the normal range), but my % free test is out of range (low). Seems like the doctors, just do not want to prescribe hormones to a guy my age. Needless to say, after 2 blood tests, 2 different doctor reviews, and a finger up my ass, I'm still being passed around like the neighborhood whore. I have no gear, nor do I plan to harass any members for it, but I am planning to learn as much as I can to see if it is an option for a guy my age. All I'm hoping for is to learn some from some people who know the ins and outs, and maybe make a few friends along the way. If any of you feel that you can help me out...training, diet, etc. Please hit me up. Thanks guys...and nice to meet you.

    Thanks guys.....learning a lot. This is a great resource.

    And no one over the internet has ever violated the blow hole quite like the MD with the John Goodman fingers. Jesus. I still don't quite understand why they needed to do a prostate exam prior to the blood test.
