Beginner in need of help =)

    Hey everyone!

I am new at the whole steroids thing, but have done a fair amount of research. Right now I weigh about 165 and am about 6ft tall, was going to take decca 300 and sust 250, eat about 200 grams of protein a day for the past 3 weeks, but do not like the foods in my diet, im using two different types of protein, multivitamins, milk thissle, creatine and vitamin c, im not sure wether to use clomid or nolva for my pct, and the nutritionist guy gave me something called tribulex a natural alternative to clomid and nolva.... i dont have much faith in it though

basically i would like to know

1 - decca 300 and sust 250, are they good for me
2 - 200 grams of protein a day, is it good for me? if not more or less?
3 - some other suggestions for high protein foods which also taste good would really help. i am currently copying some other guys diet word for word which i saw on the net
4 - what pct should i take, does tribulex work, how do i go abouts getting a perscription for them, what do i say
5 - a little more info about the actual injection part. im fairly confident with what i know but the whole drawing with one needle and injecting with another or whatever is confusing me a little lol

at 6' and 165lbs, you are nowhere near ready for gear. Check out some of the diet stickies and spend a lot of time in the diet section. It will benefit you greatly. I think you could get close to 200 naturally.

    Welcome to AR

Working out for ONLY a month, and being 6'and ONLY 165 are two main reasons that you are NOT quite ready for steroids

steroids only help when you have a great natural base for them to work off of.

At 6', you should be able to reach 200-220 NATURALLY, by learning how to eat to grow, then you will also be able to better keep gains made when you do use steroids as using them now WILL make you gain, but will probably lose EVERYTHING after you are done

First cycles are BEST kept to ONE compound. A single long ester testosterone , you will need ancillaries for during the cycle and PCT compounds for after the cycle.

You need to understand ALL this before ever starting anything.

If you do enough reading on this site, and it sounds like you will, you will find that when you are not used to working out and you jump on gear too early your muscles grow faster than your body can support. You end up being able to lift heavier weight but your body support for those muscles is weak so your risk of injury goes up.

You for sure will need some serious discipline and that only comes with time.

Get everything else on track first.

I am not by any means an expert but after reading many many threads and posts by experts of this site if I were you I'd wait. Read....read.....and read some more. There are some diet gurus on this site that will get you well on your way.

Good luck on your journey my man.
