    Hi there! Help and advice needed please!

    Hi there all

    Im new to all this and would need some advice and help.
    I am a professional rugby player and in urgent need to get bigger and gain weight. I do not have the resources like a p.t to help me so im all on my own. I currently train twice a day. once in the gym and once on the track. I try take a high protein diet. I drink 2 protein shakes and eat alot of tune, chicken and eggs. I just cant seem to gain as much as I need. Ive just entered a 3 month pre season traininig period and I need a huge change. I am willing to work very hard at it because rugby is basically my job.
    I need advice on what supplements to take as well as where to buy it (on the net) please remember that nothing must be able to be detected in a urine test as we get tested. Any help will be greately appreciated.
    I currently weigh 83 kg and im 1.87m tall. Body fat % of 6% so i know I can afford to put some fat on. Please help!
