Hi All, Ive been reading through these forums for a few months and finally decided to stop hiding and get involved!

Recently started back in the gym bodybuilding after a 8months break or so! Have done 2x 8 week cycles in the past (Decca & sust) and will look to do another after a few months of getting back into a training routine.

Currently 5"9, 22yr old and roughly 72kg.. not brilliant but we all have to start somewhere (again) lol
