Whats up?
Hi I'm new here but I get a really good vibe from this forum. Everyone is friendly and seems to genuinely want to help each other out. I've been working out for about 4 years and this seemed like the next logical step. I hope you guys will help me out in my goal of achieving an ideal body. Thanks in advance and I promise I'll try and contribute to the community.

Well right now I want to focus on muscle mass and do my best to put on a solid 20-30 pounds. After that I'm hoping to focus on cutting

Age
Height

Years training
