Hey all, new here.
Been bodybuilding for two years and cardio for two and a half. Started very overweight. I went from ~365 - 185. Did a slow bulk for a while to 220. Now ready to cut fat again. Have been interested in things that might help.
My routine.
Mon-Legs
Tues- Chest / Tris
Wed- Bis
Thurs - Shoulders
Friday- Back
Sat- Off
Sun- either off or Abs / BIs
Anyone have any critiques of my split. Its usually 16 sets per day average. Little more on Tuesday.

Welcome.
Routine looks like that of any conventional split. Since your goals are to trim out a bit. Look into Interval Training. You may have heard it called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), or the Body for Life workout. If you are unfamiliar with what I'm talking about, I'll go into further details If you wish. This type of cardio vascular training beats all in terms of general health and fat loss IMO.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the comments. Yeah it was a lot of work, but I learned a lot and feel great.
Thanks man. Yeah, I used it for the last month of my cardio. I loved it, but I'm running clen now so I should probably sty away from HIIT haha.
