35yo in Los Angeles - newbie needs help!!!
hey guys:
been lifting a long time and ready to step it up a bit. i'm 35yo, 5' 10", 165 lbs and want to get up to 180 (ahh, a guy can dream!).
i eat every 3 hours and consume 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound per day.
any cycle recommendations? i'm ready to do this!!!
