hello, i'm an ex college football player and its been about five or six years since i played. after taking a couple years off for healing i've been trying to get back into the swing of things for the past two years. i have been having trouble getting over that hump (evidently i am not 23 years old anymore lol) so i have been looking into trying a light cycle to try and get back into that groove. I have never taken anything before (other than protein and creatine for a brief time) so i am trying to do as much research as possible.

the problem i am having is that i am finding info that seems borderline on reliability. seems like everywhere i look they seem to be trying to sell me something or have an agenda of some sort. does anyone out there have some links to some good info for a newb.
