Well, I've been lurking for a while trying to learn a bit. I'm still virgin, gathering information and looking at options before making a decision. I haven't committed yet, but I need to educate myself before I make a decision to do something and how to go about it.

I'm 25, 6'1" 203 lbs and a true hard gainer with both strength and size. I work out at least 5 times a week and eat very clean.

Anyways, I'll be here and there trying to get some knowledge. Thanks.

welcome, post some pics in the members pictures areas and you can get some good suggestions on what to do and how to do it, and if we think you are ready.

I need to lower my BF% before I take some pics, I've spent the last 3 months trying to bulk up after my vacation. I put on 20 lbs but it's not all lean. I'll have some up next month, I'm not talking about doing anything for a few months anyways.

Stats consist of:

Age
Height
Weight
Bf%
Cycle history
Years training

Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...
