I train at the same gym with a member her and he told me this was the place to be as it's filled with the wizards in the art of bodybuilding and powerlifting.


If he says it is, it's got to be because he is a friggn beast in the gym. I'm not just saying that. He's looked up to by most every member as one hardcore dude that knows his shit.

Glad to be here and eager to learn all I can (while offering up as much advice as I can too)
