    been reading here for a long time but question

    I know i cant get a source check til i get 100 posts but i dont have 100 questions i have pretty much found out everything i needed to know from lotsa reading and studying online so how do i get 100 posts? im new to posting in forums i usually read them for my info and dont post please help me and thank you

    welcome and enjoy, there is a requirement for a source check as you know so you will have to build up your post count. Try looking in the lounge and contributing to some threads or ask questions in the q&a section regarding your cycles or head over to the diet section and start posting your diet , it can easily be done.........

    Height
    Weight

    Years training
