I had been in the gym for 2 years with no clear goals and little understanding of the sport. In the last 2 years i became serious about lifting and did a lot of research about different workouts,diets,supplement/vitamins. In these last two years i was consistent with my training. Problem was that after the first year i saw no real gains or improvement yet continued to work hard, and tried switching up my workouts. I would eat like an animal and my weight never changed.So, I began doing a ton of research on anabolic substances. With that said, long story short, I weighed out my options and decided to try my first cycle. I am currently stacking tren and test enanthate .

tren-250mg/ml at 2ml per week
test-100mg/ml at 2ml per week

I am only several weeks into the cycle but have notice positive gains. My workout is based on what has worked for me in the past. Three days of lifting with a day of swimming in between the three. Day 1 chest/tris. Day 2 back/bis. Day 3 Legs/Shoulders. Day 4 swimming.
I was looking for some feedback on the cycle as well as the 4 day routine...
