Please give all stats when asking quetions in the questions and answer forum.
Stats consist of:
Age
Height
Weight
Bf%
Cycle history
Years training
Also please take the time to read all the educational threads in the q&a forum as most questions can be answered with alittle reading...

my goals are to shed fat first then build muscle. any good aids to help shed fat whilst training..

best advice I can give you is to get into the diet section here post up your current diet , let some of the guys fine tune it for you, this will set you off on the right road, everything else can easwily fall into place if your diet is correct, otherwise your just wasting your time and effort and will give up soon enough, just trying to help out.
