Hey guys
Hey, been a member for awhile but due to an injury, work and my many project cars I stopped working out. I've finally realized how bad I look and need to get into better shape, i'm currently sitting at 200lbs I plan on dropping some weight for a month just to get a little more comfortable then plan on bulking up for a few months. I dont have a diet yet so I will look forward to posting and reading on the diet forums alot. No cycle experience except for pro-hormones a couple years back (I know, I know) but wont be doing anything as I'm still young and should be able to put weight on easy enough. Anyways, just wanted to say hi!!!
