WHAT UPPPP. I'm 26, 5'11", 195lbs. Been lifting since I got out of high school(@155lbs). Just got out of jail recently(@215lbs lol). No weights in there but i did more push-ups, pull-ups, and body weight squats than I ever thought I would. Needless to say I am back in the weight room. Its been about 3 months that I've been lifting again. Dropped about 25lbs in that time and didn't lose too much muscle actually. I looked like a blown up tick 3 months ago, but i was strong as an ox still. Anyway, that's my introduction. Glad to be here. Can't weight to get more time under my belt and start to look like the beast I once was.
