    Talking Hi from Dublin Ireland

    Hi All
    Newbie here to the site and to Steroids in general :-)
    I'm 28, celebrating 1 year off the Cigarettes, only started to work out abit 6 months ago.. I don't think its to late to try and get fit after years of smoking, or is it? :-)

    What would be the best Steroid for a beginner? One quick thing to note, I'm afraid of needles so id be more for the tablets than anything else.

    Just about 6 months training, mainly not weights (yet). Just trying to get my cardio up. Starting Mma

    Welcome and congratz being off the cigis, i know it must of been tough i know from experience Of course it is never to late i was smoking at least a pack a day for almost 5 years and im only 23. The inspiration that gave me to give up, i was told if i give up for up to 10 years my lungs could be very close to when they were, before i ever smoked. Plus the cost and health benefits appealed to me.

    If you are contemplating a oral only cycle would not be wise it can destroy your liver. The needle is nothing to worry about, a testosterone only cycle would be wise for your 1st cycle, at no more than 500mg a week. I would train harder first naturally, and assure yourself you and your diet is ready.

    Tell me about it. Was smoking since was 13. Always found it hard to give them up. Have to thank those Magic Tablets, champix! Without them I'd still be trying to give them up :-)
