    Thumbs up New Member...

    Hello everyone,

    My name is Theo, I go by Hatenot online. I turned 40 today. I started lifting about 3 weeks ago. I started going to the gym bc of my new job I started a year ago this month. After Thanksgiving we have alot of down time. And I started to get soft and flabby

    I came here in hopes of finding a diet and workout program. Any questions just P.M. me.
