New from ireland anyone any advice :d
Hows it going lads
from Dublin , Ireland
nearly 19 years old
i weigh 266 lbs (aprox)
about 6,1 in height
joined the site looking to get some info and guidance on weight loss and building up some muscle
really thinking on using steroids also but think i should do some research first , can you use steroids for weight loss , side effects , age ect ...

Welcome...Besides your age, at 266lbs you are too young and need to find a good diet. We have a great Nutrition Forum here that you should visit and learn from those experts over there. You could seriously, and quite possibly, permanently damage your HPTA.
Also hit the Workout Forum for ideas on routines.

At 19yrs old you don't need steroids they could cause you some nasty sides. Check out the diet section that's were your answer is, best of luck

so basicly no to steroids !
havent really looked around the site yet so didnt know it had different sections
i am a big lad also im quite built quit smoking 9 weeks ago and still staying strong but instead of turning my addiction to food i started lifting , ive been taking t6 fat burners the last month not really exercising to be honest only doing curls with a light dumbell about 100 reps on each arm a day , lost about a stone in the month should of weighed myself before and after i know lol . im not to good with my diet bit lost to be honest because i dont know what to eat

also i was told i could use a cutting agent to loose weight then id start to build up some muscle ?

Welcome to the forum!! Get your diet and exercise routine down. Steroids and cutting agents are not what you need. i know it all sounds so good, but if it sounds too good to be true then it is. Hard work and dedication will get you exactly where you need to be!! Good luck!!
