    Back in the game

    Whats up guys. Ive actually been a member here since 2002, but never really posted much. I used to be very serious about training until two years ago I went through a lot of personal shit. But now im back into it. This last dec i was in the worst shape of my life.. here are pics after 8 weeks of serious training and proper dieting. I am 5'10 and 220 lbs. I would like to drop some weight in the next few months.
