Help with my problem
Hello everyone my name is dude, well thats what all my friends call me. I have a question about a weight problem. I would like to do nothing more than just gain some flipin weight. I have been a small guy my whole life and just kind of sick of it. I am thinking of taking seroids to help me gain weight ,,,,, Is this good ? bad ? and what type of would i need. I work out but not heavy, more to just keep in shape than anything ???? ok peps, let the helping commence.

Hey dude, your at the right spot because this board isn't just for steroids . It's a great source for a beginner to start learning about fitness and nutrition and whatevr else you are in to. There is no quick fix so read lots and listen to all the advice of these guys

"I work out but not heavy" ? Are your muscles even sore next day??
Else it could be lotsa things: low calories, bad nerve to muscle communication, hormones (high dht, estrogen etc)

Definitely check out the nutrition section and start lifting heavy. Don't forget that rest is important for growth. You may be able to put on a surprising amount of size just by learning how to do it correctly.
