Need some advice?
I'm 47 worked out oof and on my whole life, just got back into it hard about a year ago. Workout 6 days a week 3 heavy 3 light. My goal is to maintain strength and put on some size, as i've gotten older this is much harder to do, I would like to know what i should try as a first cycle?
