Hello everyone,
I've been reading threads and finally joined.. Im 5'9 181lbs 13-14bf% and workout about 4 times per week and run 3 miles every other day! I box, wrestle, and participate in jiujitsu tournaments here and there.. It's just a hobby that I enjoy and have no ambition to make it a career... Well I have never took any peds so I don't know what I would start out with.. My goal is to get shredded at 170 and have a low bf%.. Any suggestions? I have a strict diet Mon-Fri but reward myself on the weekends.. I'm really trying to educate myself before I start a cycle so any help or advice is appreciated.
