New guy
I have worked out for years with very limited success. I am now pushing mid-40's and have a difficult time having the energy to workout and am gaining weight (fat not muscle) quickly. Just looking around to see if there is a different approach/supplementation plan that I can try to jump start my next attempt at building muscle and getting rid of fat. Looking forward to see what has worked for others.

I am 43 and have been working out for 12 months I have lost 50lbs and dropped my bodyfat down to 15%. IMO there are no secrets, it was just hard work and eating correctly (I dont like the term diet because I think I eat more now I just make better choices) In the beginning I had no energy either but I just pushed myself. Once the weight started to drop off and the muscles started to show I had all the energy I needed. Good luck my friend!
