New guy
I have worked out for years with very limited success. I am now pushing mid-40's and have a difficult time having the energy to workout and am gaining weight (fat not muscle) quickly. Just looking around to see if there is a different approach/supplementation plan that I can try to jump start my next attempt at building muscle and getting rid of fat. Looking forward to see what has worked for others.
