    Re-introduce

    Back after some legal issues.

    5'5 , 187 lbs, bodyfat: depressing



    Highly discouraged had no weights for 8 months, however highly motivated.

    Just got back in the gym 3 days ago, Numbers are low. But never the less im focused.

    Glad to be back on this forum
