Hello

I'm 6'2 250lb 18% I finishes two cycles first one Cyp and primobolan 11 weeks jumped right into cyp and winstrol which I cut the win out short 6 weeks. Stayed on the test though for 10 weeks now I just got a 20mil of cyp and a 10mil of deca . I'm gonna start this next week. This would leave me on for about a total of 45 weeks test and now 10 weeks of deca. I have some Nolvadex about 50 pills should I start this now during the start of this cycle or wait for PCT.

I would save the nolvadex and get some HCG

For now I would get on hcg @ 250iu twice a week for the rest of your cycle and you might want to consider cutting your cycle short.
Nolva 60/40/40/20/20
Clomid 200/100/100/50/50

These are daily doses for 5 weeks, hopefully a more experienced vet Will chime in on this one tho!

Also with test cyp you would wait 18 days after your last cyp pin to start pct.

Sorry one more thing stop the deca now and continue with just test!

I concur with deadlyd on starting the HCG while on cycle. Thats what i meant...
