    Hello fellow members

    Hello,

    My name is Cory, I am from Nova Scotia, I am 5'11 - 200lbs, and I'm new to this site... I joined today to learn more about proper ways to train and diet. I've worked out off and on now for 3 years. I haven't really did much re-search into it though... therefor the results iv'e obtained are "ok" to say the least. I have taken steroids before without researching into it... Bad idea lol... That's a little bit about myself, Thanks for taking time to read.(p.s... first time posting)

    Welcome to the board Cory. Read as much info as you can. There is great diet training and steroid info already here. If you have specific questions post them in the appropriate section.
