    Just met a BIG goal of my own

    I'm still a new guy on here but not completely new to AAS, not asking that I'm an authority either though in any way LOL
    Mid way through my third cycle and I just hit a BIG goal that I'd set for myself a few days ago. I like doing legs so usually anywhere from 3-5 days a week I'm doing something for legs and with my leg presses before the start of this cycle 900-990LBS was a BIG lift for me. But about a month ago I set a goal for myself of 1500LBS plus. A few days ago I met that with a set of 6 full proper reps of 1530LBS plus the carriage for my leg press. Now it's just coming easier and easier LOL

    Now the issue is that I'm gonna have to find another gym if I want to push more as 32 plates is all the machine will carry LMFAO

    That's great remember your muscles are growing but don't forget about tendons and ligaments don't go up 2 fast start doing more reps with that weight for a while. I've seen SO many ppl suffer injuries because there muscles were a lot stronger then tendons and ligaments and the next thing u know rrrriiiipppp!!!
