Greetings everyone looking for help and information
Greetings Everyone I have been doing a lot of reading on these forums. There is a ton of information and I a bit flooded with info. I understand the steps and risk. I'm not a body builder but i do need lean mass for MMA to fit the weight class needed to get me in to the pro ranks. I'm 140 lbs at the time 5'9" I'm eating right and working out training ect. My trainer is the one that told me to seek this option really nothing else is working out like it should. We have tried it all. Now what I'm lacking is a full plan to do this. What to take how long PCT and SERMS. Sorry ahead of time if get anything Wrong I'm still learning I really have limited knowledge on all this. So please someone point me to someone that can help, Or someone take me under there wing and help me out. Ill gladly make a full report with pictures and everything to show off all effects ect. Thanks for taking the time to read this hope something good comes from this.
BTW I'm Skinny at best id say for the contact sport im in. My guess is most would be able to kinda guess this.

Forgot to add that i have been working out and training for almost a year with no changes. Ill gladly share my intake training times ect as well to see if some of these things are factors. Sadly I can't stop training or even cut time from it or my working out.

Welcome, I guess fighting is hard, at least you should have good cardio! Just the intensity of your training is not helping you. I would look at a cycle of testosterone only. Do not front load or use any orals as you will just gain water. Read up on PCT. Decide which protocol to follow. Get everything you need before you start. Good luck John

It jumps up to 8% max the training and amount of hours I put in makes it very hard to even gain body fat. Right now 8% is what I'm at I think all the training is killing off lean mass gains due to how much work im putting in. I only have my body fat checked every 2 weeks. also why just test? What are the gains from this? I have done reading but I'm still learning. I have alot to learn for sure. So please someone fill me in. Thanks to all the warm welcomes as well.
