nutrition guidance when on a test cycle
hey brothers hope you all are well thanks for your advice im on track now..
just wanted to know when on a test cycle my aim is to shed fat and gain lean m. whens the best time to have protien? and what other supplement should be combined?thanks

ooooh aswell wanted to ask... am currently having testosterone propionate for my cycle a dose of 1ml 100mg twice a week am i wasting my time or should i up my dosage?what would be really worth?aswell if i combine it with stanozolol ?would it be better or would it clash? as aim to shed body fat aswell gain some lean muscle..please advice me.. aswel trainin rotation is 2bodyparts a day big small reps nothin less than 15 up to failure....what say?please help me out thanks
