    Ready to join the community.

    YoO how's it going forum members. I want to thank all of you in advance for all the advice.
    I've spent a good time observing and learning at these forums and finally decided if I want to
    take my physique to that next level I have to increase my level of involvement in the sport in the social aspect.Also I'm anxious to get to those fifty posts! start mirrin all the great physiques here for motivation. A little about myself, I am 24 and been training for four years seriously with every year increasing in commitment,knowledge and intensity. I was a paper thin 125 lbs 5'10.5" tennis playing track running ectomorph and through consistency have made solid gains of 8-12 lbs a year, I am now at 175 with a respectable %body fat. Ive hit many plateaus and through variation and intensity routines have pushed through them and now I feel that I am committed enough and have done enough research to consider a cycle in the next 5-10 lbs which I know is a whiles away but want to be Totally prepared for it.
    I look forward to learning as much as possible from anyone who can teach me anything and helping out anyone with whatever my knowledge will allow.
