    New to the site, time to get fit!

    Hey guys,
    Came across this site on google and decided to make a profile after spending merely 3 hours straight reading haha.
    I am looking to make changes in my life, id like to look and feel healthy and gain energy and reduce depression.
    I am 22 y.o. 6'2" and about 205-207 lbs with about 20-25% body fat. My plan is to stop drinking (which is a problem) and smoking for 2 months while maintaining a clean high protein diet. Being big isn't my goal (I don't want to have to buy new dress clothes I want to be in the 10-12% body fat range. Gear is on my mind but not until I get in a solid routine. Winny interests me at this point in time.. Looking forward to learning more on this site, cheers!
