Welcome, unfortunately you must be 18 to join the forum. At 16 all you need to do is go to the gym eat lots and concentrate on school.

Sorry buddy. Members must be at least 18 years old to participate in this forum. At 16 years of age, shutting down your neuroendocrine system is almost the worst thing you could do. You would be making a very bad choice taking steroids now.

You've been told incorrectly by someone who clearly has very little education in interventional neuroendocrinology or steroid use .

    What's your TDEE?
How many calories beyond your TDEE do you consume daily?
How many calories do you consume daily and are you recording it?
What's the ratio of your macronutrients in your diet?

If you don't eat enough you cannot grow. Even steroids won't make up when you lack the necessary fuel for growth. You have to EAT. Every body builder understands that their diet is the single biggest factor in determine their size. Not the steroids they use.

Your TDEE will tell you how many calories you need to eat to stay at your current body weight. Knowing your TDEE will help determine how many more calories beyond your TDEE you will need to gain size.

6-7 meals may be good or bad depending on your nutrition plan. If you are counting protein shakes/mass gainers (don't use this crap) as part of your meals, then you likely aren't eating correctly or nearly enough.

You need to track your daily intake.

2.5K probably isn't enough. Work your TDEE recognizing your metabolism as high. I'll bet it will tell you to eat more. Just be sure it's high quality food, and measure all of it.
