How many calories do you consume daily and are you recording it?
What's the ratio of your macronutrients in your diet?
If you don't eat enough you cannot grow. Even steroids won't make up when you lack the necessary fuel for growth. You have to EAT. Every body builder understands that their diet is the single biggest factor in determine their size. Not the steroids they use.

6-7 meals may be good or bad depending on your nutrition plan. If you are counting protein shakes/mass gainers (don't use this crap) as part of your meals, then you likely aren't eating correctly or nearly enough.
You need to track your daily intake.

2.5K probably isn't enough. Work your TDEE recognizing your metabolism as high. I'll bet it will tell you to eat more. Just be sure it's high quality food, and measure all of it.
