    Backwards noob

    Ive already posted in another section and realized I'd never introduces myself!!

    44yrs old 200lbs pretty fit since i just came off a cycle 8 wks ago, unfortunately didnt do proper PCT.

    Looking for advise on a proper cycle.

    Looking forward to corresponding with everyone!!

    Welcome! You'll get the hang of it fast haha. Could try the app on the iPhone it's few and easy to navigate.
