    need advice from experienced people

    I am a newbie and I was wondering what a good beginer cycle would be and also one that I could keep some if not most of my gains. A close buddy of mine did a cycle with dbol and basically lost everything that he gained as soon as he finished. Also I would like to know a good post therapy is...any advice would be greatly appreciated.
