Welcome to the community. Unfortunately no one is going to recommend anabolic compounds if you are overweight. In most cases, steroids will increase heart rate, blood pressure, and negatively affect your lipid metabolism causing dangerous changes to your cholesterol factors (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC). At a higher body fat percentage, your estrogen levels may be at a higher range making estrogen management during a cycle critical.

Your best plan is to solicit advice from our experts in the nutrition forum. They can help you design a plan that will successfully drop your body fat and put you on a plan for success.

    Welcome Noal!

Lots of sound advice from MI. Reducing BF before you cycle is extremely important.

Welcome. Eat properly and train your butt off will give better results than jumping onto the juice.

Did you see the above posts? If your bf is high, you increase your risks and with testosterone you could retain water and appear bloated. Your nutrition is what affects how lean/fat you are.

Ok I appreciate your help. What about a game plan? I have been wathching my calories and carbs. Eating lean meats less fat. I do know the routine and the fat is coming off. So far 15 lbs in about a month. I am going to be increasing my protien and get my creatine again. I don't want to get to my ideal weight by any means, I'd be 170 or so. I'm 243 now so with daily lifting and cardio eating right, what path should I take?
