    Hello all I'm a 21 year old veteran looking to find my maximum potential. Still in the research phase so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the forums. There are tons of stickies to read. Everything you could need to know is explained in detail. At the age of 21 we'll all recommend that you stay away from anything until 24/25.

    Hey they said it all from welcome to read read read and try to hold off for a few years. You can accomplish the same without aas and with a tight diet and hard a$$ training schedule for 2-3 more years. No need yet..Eat, train read here and enjoy your own success.
